Welcome to AB80 Club,
We are a fun group of people interested in loosing weight while having fun! We select an area, or a local city block... we walk around it in 80 days and compare our weights. We "DO" lose weight in 80 days. Members meet and greet, chat and talk while walking. It is all about having an interactive fun walk. To support your club, there is a promotional T-Shirt available for purchase.
Members have an opportunity to weight lose-compete with members of other communities. Many communities are joining hand to hand to meet other communities and become affiliated to the AB8O club.
